One of the significant milestones NNK achieved was launching our Shopify page. This was a great moment for us as it marked our first e-commerce store, which opened us up to a broader market. The Shopify platform was easy to set up, offered flexibility and customization options, and provided customers with a seamless shopping experience. Since the launch, we have received positive feedback from our customers, who appreciate the convenience of shopping online and quick shipping time.
Another achievement that we're incredibly proud of is producing many fan-favorite products. As a growing business, we're constantly looking for ways to innovate and create new and exciting products that will appeal to our customers. Our creations even lead to the development of our Brand Ambassador Program! From our unique and stylish clothing lines to our custom hand-crafted accessories, our customers have come to appreciate our attention to detail and quality.
In addition to our online store success, we also vended at our first convention, J-1 Con which was a big step for us. At the convention, we showcased our products to a wide range of attendees, including cosplayers, other SBOs, and new customers. It was an excellent opportunity to network, build brand awareness, gain feedback, and make new connections. We also received great feedback and constructive criticism that helped us improve our products and services.
Lastly, we achieved our final great milestone of 2023 by vending at our first holiday market in NYC. The holiday market is a seasonal event designed for local businesses to showcase and sell their products during the busiest shopping season of the year. It was a great way to connect with our local community, and we had an opportunity to meet customers face-to-face and share our passion for our products. We were thrilled to receive many compliments on our products, and it was a proud moment for us to see people enjoying and purchasing our creations.
