We have a 14-day refund policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be damaged upon receiving and a picture must be sent along with tracking information upon arrival. Please email images to natandkeecustoms@gmail.com. 

If your refund is accepted, we’ll initiate a refund immediately.

• Refunds include a 10% restocking fee.
• Refund times may vary by bank.
• Customer provides return shipping cost.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Most items cannot be returned and are final sale.
